Customer ComplaintsI would like them to actually followup and do correct business with myself and/or my partner. I do believe they intentionally gave my partner a hard time with his order because they previously would not simply exchange a faulty NeoTrellis I ordered for his birthday. They gave me a refund and told me to take my business elsewhere. Very rude. I want them to address these issues with staff and their bad business practices and the way they treat customers. I let the NeoTrellis problem and them go but now they treated my partner awful as well. I want the owner of the company to acknowledge there is an issue. Fix it. And fix the issues we had. I want a replacement for the NeoTrellis and his order fulfilled as well as an apology. No scam. No problems. Have money to pay for working items. So why cannot I not simply buy from a company I used to adore the concept of but now seems a lie and rather order from overseas. Makes no sense for Adafruit to behave this way. And after reading BBB complaints that are the same 2 issues over and over and the reddit forums I see this is a repeated behavior pattern for Adafruit that I cannot believe that cannot see will if not already affects business as a money making business. I want them to step.up and fix whats right and stop being bad people. Simple. Which was as simple as exchanging faulty product or sending an order without 6 verifications and then voiding instead of simply stop harassing my partner with verifications and send what he had ordered. No one needs to be ignored in a forum. That is not customer service. ********* and *** were the 2 problematic issues. Both leads at the company. Bios are public and face cover show they are bright and outgoing people but yet treat customers this way. I want the owner of the company to respond and take responsibility for her business.

HI BBB - This person *************************** was asked to not participate in our online communities over 5 years ago (2016). ***** is not a customer, our last email to him was in March of 2016 when we gave him a final warning which he decided to ignore. It's been 5 years he needs to move on. We are not able to include his words since the BBB filter says "Inappropriate language was detected""*************************** - please do not come in to the chats or make comments or post other unfriendly things in the community or statements that are not respectful to others (we've needed to delete comments over and over that were flagged) we've asked you numerous times and the community needs you to respect the our collective needs to have a safe supportive place where they can share their projects and where our team can broadcast, post and more."this is your final and last warning, if we need to remove your comments again we'll ban your account(s) from the communities we help maintain."
