TRANSACTION DATE: OCT-XX-XXXX PURCHASE AMOUNT: ******* BUSINESS COMMITMENT: A new, in working condition product DISPUTE: I purchased an Airsoft handgun from this seller through Amazon.com (They are considered a 3rd party seller on Amazon.com). The item I purchased was delivered to me in a damaged condition. The exact nature of the damage was that the Federally mandated orange tip was broken off and it was also missing from the packaging. I went through the normal amazon.com return/refund procedure and I was instructed by Amazon to deal directly with the seller (Airsoft Megastore). From the onset of explaining my issue, AMS attempted to repeatedly accuse/blame me for the product's condition. I even sent them a picture (taken with my mobile device) of the broken item. They then requested that I take down the negative review of their services in exchange for them either replacing the product in question or refunding me the purchase amount but that I needed to send them back the product. I took down my negative review and sent them the product back and now I am being told by them (Airsoft Megastore) that they will not replace the item nor will they refund me the full purchase price of said item. BUSINESS RESOLVEMENT: None! They bribed me with the idea of honoring my replacement/refund request and upon receiving the faulty item back have since renigged on their promise. This place is the absolute worst place to deal with. I would not recommend at all. Never did receive the gun I purchased. Also have never heard a word through email and never received any call backs. Beware!!
