Ordered a picture, after being told it was in stock, never got it. They automatically cancelled my order stating it was NOT in stock. This is 2nd time Twice this company has cancelled my order without any notice, and continue to advertise the very art work they cannot deliver. BUYER BEWARE. First purchase arrived with the box ripped open and damage to every corner of the frame. This was repacked, and I scheduled a return with *****. That was fairly easy though not ideal. Second (hopeful) purchase arrived with both ends of the box totally open and with damage to a couple corners of the frame. More unfortunate was that the hanging wire was attached in such a way that the print would be upside down if hung properly. I didn't want to return for a second time and re-order for potentially more problems, so I removed the paper backing on the frame, about 40 staples, flipped the matte and print, and re-secured the staples. No discount offered, only refund or replacement. So either you order over and over until it's right, or you end up with nothing. Delivery timing issues are to be expected given the supply chain backup, but basic assembly and shipping protection seems a given. It's probably best to buy via ********** or send your own art to ***************, which is a shame since art.com has a good image selection otherwise.
