I ordered a cooktop from American Freight on 6-24-20, with delivery within 10 days. After receiving an email from them stating they found my cook top and were in the process of shipping it out they would send me an email with verification of its shipping. After waiting 4 days for this verification I called the store and was hung up on after being on hold and talking with various people in the store for about an hour. I called back the next day and was told by a manager it was put on a truck and shipped on 6-28 and he would track down the shipping information for me. Then the following day i received an email from Monica Medina stating that the order was never picked up and it was damaged. They offered to refund the shipping price of the cook top and not the purchase price if i didn't want the cook top now. I tried calling the store today and it doesn't work. I called the national number and they can't give a refund till they talk to the store.
