I bought an ********** exhaust system from American Muscle on the phone. The salesman offered me a open box sale which meant a few scratches and maybe dents. I got the exhaust delivered opened the box and this exhaust was already installed on another car. Was then cut off shorter than it is supposed to be and will not fit my car. Has weld marks still on exhaust from person that cut them off. Missing parts to install. No hardware to install exhaust. This was to maybe have a scratch or dent but still be able to install on my car. Not already used and uninstallable. Called American Muscle numerous times any they are saying they won't take it back for my refund. I want a complete refund and them have it picked up. This exhaust is not able to be installed.Customer Reviews
We received a part that had obviously been previously returned. Evidently, no one at American Trucks checked the returned part because it was the wrong part in the box. So we received 2 passenger side mirrors. However, one box was labeled passenger's side mirror and the other was labeled driver's side mirror. American Trucks refused to accept the return because it had been more than 30 days since we ordered them. It was a Christmas gift...and our family was in Covid quarantine. So yeah...checking what was actually inside the box was not high on our list. And now we are stuck buying another mirror because of American Trucks' failure to properly inspect returned items....
