Hired Anchor Down for transport of a trailer, they failed to even pickup, and have my deposit. I contracted with Transport Providers USA LLC (also known as Anchor down Logistics or Jeff ****) to transport a travel trailer.. jeff was very informative and easy to reach prior to contract, then after he received the deposit, he was difficult to get ahold of then when the time allowed for transport expired he stopped communicating all together. At this point I have blown 3 weeks waiting for him to arrange the transport that never happened nor will it happen. Now I have to start over and find another transport, less my $300. Deposit. Buyer beware: Jeff seems sincere and provided references at email addresses he must own. Do not do business with Jeff ****, you have been warned.
