I purchased face masks that were delivered damaged and opened. The masks are not usable and are unsanitary and unsafe. They asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes. Still no refund.Customer Reviews
Business is 100% a scam. First, the information listed on the BBB website is not for any businesses associated with Ashley Bridget LLC or any of their subsidiaries. The 800 listed is a scam sales call number (the number you have called is out of business but listens to these exciting offers to save you hundreds or thousands of dollars). Third, they advertise that all of their products are USA made, when in reality they are foreign made, mostly inChina. They also claim to be affiliated with Phillips Electronics, which is completely false.Hello ****** Our business is not a scam. We also do not currently have a 1 800 number. Our customer service number starts with 1 877, so the number you called is incorrect. We offered both US made and imported products and have disclosed on our site which items are US made and which items are Imported. Currently, we only offer US made face masks. We also are affiliated with Phillips Electronics for a product that we will be highlighting in the upcoming weeks. We have provided BBB with an update as they ask us every year to update our profile but it appears it was not done. We will address this so that our BBB reflects the updated information.
