All important documents notarized charged to be at the specific place and date now invalid due to tardiness. I called the place Avianca Express and demand to speak with the supervisor and he refuses to talk, other person on behalf said allow 7 days to get in contact. There were other person with same complaint. They are laying charging for delivery that is not going to be effective according to the time. They are not a responsible company!
