On Dec. 3, 2018 we made contact with BeavExpedite to pick up equipment from us and deliver to our customer in Fairview, NC. The order was picked up on Dec. 4, 2018 (we have a photo of the driver with the package on a tow motor) however, when it was delivered to our customer, the gaming computer that was on top of the wrapped package was missing. Over the past 8 months we have made numerous contacts to the company to file a claim and to get them to pay the claim. We have corresponded with E****** ****** and N*** *********** numerous times throughout the past 8 months. On Jan. 2, 2019 Enrique advised us to forward the name and address where the refund could be sent. We did that, as well as, sent a copy of the BOL and the photo of their driver on the tow motor with the equipment (clearly shows the gaming computer on the top).
