I ordered a custom item (order # ********* ). The item came without the customization that I checked up and was confirmed after ordering. The customer's service has been unresponsive since I have asked for a refund, with long periods of wait, no straight answer or discussion showing that my communications were not read. I have asked for a refund over at the beginning of the month. Since then I received several emails asking questions answered in the body of the emails with no resolutions.
