I purchased a pair of sweatpants for my daughter on their website. Explained to company after one wash the seams in the crotch area unraveled and I spent money taking it to be repaired. I asked for partial reimbursement. Customer service blamed it on me and said that I took off tags and washed it. I explained how would I predicted that the item would be defective. Customer service stopped responding. I asked for corporate info to resolve matter, no response from ******* and ****** from customer service. Please BBB help. I have had horrible experiences with Brandy Melville. My most recent has been ordering online and having to return several items due to error on their part. One item had security tag still attached, I have had a few items doubled in error, another item was damaged and when I sent everything back I was told I was getting a credit because it was past the 30 day return policy. I have been in communication with a representative during this time and this is very unfair that I would not get my full credit back in my credit card. I will never shop with them again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and very unprofessional
