I purchased airfair for my family January 2020. A few days after I purchased, I realized I purchased the wrong tickets. I had to pay a large fee on top of original purchase price for each ticket (4 tickets) to accommodate my families needs. In March delta changed our flights getting us home a whole day later and needing us to spend the night in **************. That did not work for my family, we had to be home for work and kids had school. They told me I could cancel and get a full refund. After the refund was issued I noticed they did not refund me the large fee I paid to change our tickets in January. I have contacted delta numerous times and have been told "you chose to change the tickets and we won't be refunding that amount" after they changed our tickets by a whole day. I have been waiting on a call back for about 5/6 months now from A higher up in regards to this issue and have yet to hear back. I want my money back that I paid to accommodate my family and then delta screwed our flights up after the fact.Customer Reviews
I just had the most frustrating experience with their "customer support" ...I haven't accessed my account for years because I haven't flown for the last 9 years and my email and street addresses are now defunct. I tried the Forgot Password link online and was given 2 options, to receive an email verification (at my defunct email) or answer 2 security questions. Obviously, I had to choose the questions which I know I answered correctly but Delta's system rejected them. I tried 3 times and was locked out so I called Delta, opted for a text message for assistance and was sent a verification form link which I filled out, then was told that I would be locked out for 2 hours. So I waited 2 hours and nothing is different. I messaged for help on the Delta web site and was told that I have to wait up to 48 hours for the verification form to be processed. I told them that I had received no notification at my current email address that Delta had received my form and was reviewing it, so how was I to know it would work? And what if I hear nothing in 2 days time? They don't know and they don't care, so I can no longer login nor do I have any faith that I'll ever be able to login again. Their system is so antiquated and screwed up that it's like Catch 22 wherever I turn to try to resolve the issue....
