I bought my car at Monroeville Dodge last March and they said that it passed inspection well when I saw the car for the first time cause the sales man wanted me to buy and a car sight unseen. So when the car was ready my boyfriend came to check the car out and we told the sales man hat it needs new rotors the salesman told us ok he will have them do it. Well when I took my car to get it inspected down at Fiore's Auto he saw that the rotors were to small there was a gap between the rotors and my brake pads so I told him to do it and as he was putting on the right side rotor the caliper started leaking so he had to change that also. I tried calling them talked to greg and was giving it to melanie and she was supposed to call me cause this happened June 11 2020 and no one has called me back.Customer Reviews
I called this morning because I had talked to people during the week about a test drive. The first call I get transferred and **** has a full mail box so it disconnected. The 2nd call they accidentally hung up on me so I sent a text to ******* who was my original contact asking what's going on and no response so I call again and get *****. ***** was pretty rude and uninterested in anything I had to say. I called my wife and told her things were already seeming shady and I shouldn't go. She told me I was pre-approved for a loan and to just go find a nice salesperson and I did. I test drove the car and liked it. I was told during the week that they would pay top dollar for my trade in and make sure they get me into the car. The salesperson came over with an offer sheet and what the payment would be. I told him I could work with that. So I'm sitting for another 15 minutes and walk up to the counter and ask what's going on and I'm told the company that pre-approved me now denied me because of my credit and wants at least $6000 down, and I then realize that the guy working on my financial stuff was ***** who was very rude on the phone and I was rude back so it seemed he wanted to not help me. He had my paperwork pushed to the side and was working on someone else's paperwork instead of mine and told me I can get my keys and there's nothing they could do unless I want to put down $6000. Why was I shown paperwork telling " here is what your payment would be, and I agreed to it and just had to show pay stubs". I spent 15 minutes to a half an hour getting those pulled and emailed to me. I feel like ***** was having a bad day and used his attitude on the phone and my attitude back against me and let me walk. I have employee perks for $1500 and Perks Dodge offered, he offered me none of that and had an attitude when I asked about it. They told me they would pay TOP DOLLAR for the trade in because of the computer chip issue and offered me $1500 less than my ***** bluebook value. The guy was the rudest person I ever dealt with and made me feel like a peasant and I wouldn't go back or recommend them for any reason unless you're paying cash and not dealing with him. The fact he pushed my paperwork aside and didn't even tell me that the offer they gave me wasn't happened is the most unprofessional thing I've ever dealt with in life. Avoid at all costs. I don't know how you bring out an offer sheet telling me this is what rate we got you, and here is your monthly payment and then a half an hour later when I walk up to the counter ***** looks at me like I have 2 heads and tells me I was denied, and the salesperson was sitting at his desk like I wasn't in the building. ...
