I ordered $40 worth of products from Elfcosmetics.com. I never received the package. The ***** delivery man decided to leave it at my super's door, out in the open where anyone off the street could take it. My super is away on vacation, so I know he never got my package. I went to see if the package was outside the door and it wasn't. It is missing. I contacted ***** who told me it was out of their hands since they contacted the one who delivered it and all he is telling them is he left it outside the super's door. ***** told me to contact Elf and ask for a reshipment since the package is missing. Elf refuses to help and all they told me is to keep waiting to see if I get it within 3 days. They are making me wait for something I will never receive. I am done doing business with them after this. They took my money and won't even help me get my products or money back.Customer Reviews
I loved their products that's why when I was looking for something which wasn't available on their website, I ordered through online. Unfortunately, their online team or whoever was assigned to handled their online orders were not doing their jobs. Two weeks had passed and I didn't received any update about my order! I called customer hotline and they weren't helpful. Just don't but their products online!...
