I purchased several items from Fredericks on 8/15/21 which totaling $216. I returned/shipped all items and the return package was delivered on 10/15/21 (I have the delivery confirmation - attached). I noticed I hadn't received a refund by 11/7/21 so I emailed them 3 times over the next 13 days and finally received a response on 11/22/21. I was told my return was received on 10/25/21 and so they would issue me a store credit because it was past 60 days. This is completly incorrect, my package was delivered on 10/15/21 which is within the 60 day window. I replied back this way unacceptable, provided the delivery confirmation for the third time, and have not heard back. I want a full refund back to my credit card, not store credit.Customer Reviews
I made a $172.40 order on 9/10/2021 and never received my order. After tracking my order and seeing it will arrive in four days, the date kept getting pushed back every day and being shipped from NJ to PA for several days. Finally, on 9/28/2021 I received my package and it is the wrong order. I reached out to their support on 9/28/2021, 10/4/2021, 10/6/2021, and 10/7/2021, and 10/13/2021 with no response from their customer service. Finally after threatening to report them, they responded on 10/19/2021 they told me I need to mail the incorrect order back before they refund me or send my actual order out. Unfortunately, I had to be with family undergoing surgery out of state and unable to do this so I am out of luck. 2 months later and no order or refund. This company is a complete scam....
