I got a gift card for a friend's daughter's birthday so she could use the gift card to get a 5 month subscription to watch Anime. I emailed the company ahead of time to ask if the gift cards could be towards the streaming subscription. The company responded that a credit card had to be listed as well, and if that's the case, the money would first be pulled from the gift card. I was okay with that. I purchased the gift card and set up the account for her. I used Paypal as a way to link my credit card to the account. The first month of the service, my credit card was charged, not the gift card that was also linked to the account. I emailed the company about it and they said that Paypal couldn't be used with the gift card. I removed Paypal as a payment option, and put my credit card info into their website. I emailed the company to ask them to check to make sure all the requirements were met so my credit card doesn't keep getting charged. My credit card was charged again.Customer Reviews
I ordered a DVD in February on the 28th and it shipped March 10th. When it arrived the DVD case was damaged. On March 20th I asked for a replacement. I didn't get a reply till April 1st, when I was asked to reconfirm product # and what I wanted. I reaffirmed wanting a replacement and they confirmed it was in process. On May 22nd I asked for a status update and was emailed by a different individual. They said, "We previously processed your request for a replacement for your damaged item. Please be aware, however, that due to the nature of this replacement, the item in question must be shipped from our corporate offices, which are currently closed due to COVID-19 and we cannot provide a timeline for when your item may ship to you. In addition, replacements for all part and pieces are subject to availability. We will update you on the status of your replacement item as soon as we are able to but will not be able to answer inquiries about the remaining amount of processing time on your request." I still have not received a status update almost 3 months from the last email.
