I attempted to make a purchase at this company, but my debit card was declined. The manager on duty, *****, told me that the transaction would be cancelled A hold for the amount of the attempted purchase was placed on my card. When the payment posted to my account, I called the store reconcile the issue and was told by an associate that it would be taken care of. Approximately one week later, I called the store again because the payment had still not been refunded. I was told by manager ***** that the only way the payment could be refunded was by calling customer service. I spent over half of an hour on the phone with ******* from customer service and was told that ***** needed me to bring my card to the store, so that he could refund the charge. Once I got to the store, I was first told that my account was never charged and that I was owed nothing. After showing manager ***** the charge through my online banking, he started trying to work to fix the issue, but continued to tell me th
