I have been a customer of hughesnet internet service for many years and i used my ******** ***** **** account to pay my 70.00 bill every month. I didnt have money in this account this month so hughesnet took it apon themselves to take the 70.00 dollars out of my heritage credit union account. I did not have money in that account either so the credit union let them take it and then charged me another 30.00 dollars on top of the 70.00 so now im negative 100.00 dollars in this account. I have never given hughes net permision to take money out of either account but i never said anything about tompkins because they wont let em over draw my account. I want to call the states attorneys office and press charges against hughes net for stealing money from my account . and a consumer fraud complaint againt ******** ****** ***** for allowing hughesnet to take 70.00 dollars that i didnt even have and then charged me another 30.00 because i didnt have the 70.00. Horrible company. Internet barely worked at best case. Three service calls for one day of poorly functioning internet. Then the company won't allow any cancellation without charging huge fees despite never having a contract to begin with....
