I bought a $582 CPU for my computer about 7 months ago and now it decided to stop working. I go to Intel to get my warranty information and everything was fine. After I fill everything out I get an email 1 business day later and described my problem to them. After another business day, they reply and tell me the CPU I am getting a warranty for is out of stock, which is no problem until they say there are alternative CPU's to the one I have. After I asked which CPU is an equivalent or better alternative to the one I own I get no reply for 2 business days. They finally respond saying basically the same thing as the previous response, which was they can give me an alternative CPU. I then emailed them again saying "which CPU is an alternative to the one I own?" That was 3 business days ago and I still haven't gotten a response. If I paid for a almost $600 CPU and the warranty I expect to get the warranty. I normally would never complain, but I feel as if I'm being ignored by Intel now.Customer Reviews
WE WILL NEVER BEAT THE CHINESE IN TECHNOLOGY Our techs are still obsessed with selling us worthless USB 2.0 in all our products. If they can't move past USB 2.0, their products will never amount to much. Quite honestly, they should move past USB 3.1.
