For the past 3 months every delivery that would have been made by UPS was either lost, returned or delivered to a wrong address. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES to no avail. I have expensive medication that was never delivered in October and when I filed a complaint with a supervisor then, I never heard back. When I called my Pharmacist to replace the order, the driver delivered it to the wrong address, which was down the street and I was able to recover. Now most recently another package that was to be delivered on 12/24/18 has not reached me and is currently still under investigation with UPS. I have requested multiple times with the supervisor to speak with the driver, once again I never hear back and the issue continues.
