Ordered Jeld-Wen French outside door on 12/18/21, delivered; 02/14/21, installed; 03/06/21. Dents and scratches consumed entire bottle of touchup paint right at the beginning. After 8 months an insulation on outside griddle backed out as seen on pictures in some places completely on both sides of door, paint faded and touched-up larger pieces of paint fell off looks like these gridles were painted 4-5 years ago and already small amount of condensation is visible on the top, inside of the R/H glass insert. on Nov 16 I have contacted Jeld-Wen ***************** and send all required pictures, proofs and receipts and until today Dec 06 do not have any resolution and doors keep detreating and winter in coming. I included communication history in attachments I have spent $1389.86 on the door and $700 on the installation. At this point with lack of response and amounts of defects I am requesting full refund of $2089 (door &installation) or new door and arranged and paid by Jeld Wen installation.Customer Reviews
