I am filing this complaint on behalf of my ********************* law ************************* ******** ********,she placed an order with Roamans which is under full beauty brands and in the process of placing the order whoever took the order put in an emailaddress. She doesnt have a computer or email, and they sent a credit to her at this fake email that someone felt free to enter . She is almost blind and doesnt even own a computer. Roamans is unwilling to see who did the email address and unwilling to help her out.Since the xcredit was sent to an email she knows nothing about she now is being billed by comenity bank $204.62 and I am trying to help her get this taken care of. She has no merchandise because it was returned to the company in May. I cant get any help from Roamans at all on this problem.Customer Reviews
This is the worst company I have ever ordered from and the worst **************** ever. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR THIER SUBSIDIARYS. I ordered on December 8th and paid extra for SuperFast Delivery &Handling that was ***** on a $119.98 order plus tax that brought my order to $167.56. So the SuperFast delivery says estimated to arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 3 pm est. so I ordered December 8,2021 after 3 so that would mean my order December 9th which two days should be here out by the 10th. Status still says processing when I called talked two three different people kept asking for supervisor asked for my order to be canceled and they said it has shipped and couldnt cancel. The third person told me she had a tracking number and she gave it to me and I told her to stay on line while I check tracking number. It said label credited waiting on merchandise from seller. Suspicious.. when I questioned her she said there was nothing she could do.. I will never order from this company ever again. ***** O North Carolina ...
