I was not able to get a security code for a motorcycle I purchased and had to take it to a dealer to have the code changed for $186.00.No title yet! I purchased a motorcycle from Seminole Power Sports and could never get the security code and the fob was broken so I could not use it. Also I was told I would receive a owners manual and "maybe" the tool kit that came with the motorcycle when purchased new. After 4 attempts on my part and 16 days wait, I took the motorcycle to another dealer and purchased a new key fob and had the motorcycle programmed to the new fob. This cost me $187.00. Now it is almost a month later and I still do not have a title or registration.Customer Reviews
This place is absolutely worst customer service I've have ever had. Led on by the sales man Talked to them Monday morning about a new machine. Told them it was 3 hr drives to them. He then insured me they would stay open late if I came up to buy a machine. I gwt there 20 min after they close which they were well aware I was on may way since 3pm. We show up to be told I have to leave my machine to be inspected the next day because no one was there to inspect it. Was also promised they would deliver the new buggy to me. So Tues rolls around. I call around 1030 or so to see if my machine has been inspected because I was told it went in at 8am. So 5pm rolls around after numerous phone calls and still no price on my buggy. I ask deal anyways then they call me the day my new machine was suppose to be being delivered and tell me o sorry we messed up. I can't delivere the new unit out to your house. So we had to spend another 6hrs round trip to go get new buggy... so than my wife goes to use women's restroom at 9am on a Sat morning right when they opens and she told me there was piss all over the floor and seats and was trashed. When brought up to salesman his remake was "yes they are trashed just like the mens".. warning you. Please run away from these people. They have the worst customer service I have ever had. Absolutely disrespectful .
