This is a company that is around to make the owner more richer than he is, everything is good until you pay your money. Once that is done no one cares about what happen to you shipment just like out of site out of mind, I'm sure that I'm not the only customer that is happening to, there's no accountability, all you're being told by customer service is I'M SORRY, I thought that this was a reliable company. but it's not. If you can find a different shipping company go with them.
