I purchased an M75s PC from Lenovo in February 2020. It began having issues in September 2020 where it would regularly experience BSOD's. In October 2020, a tech was sent out three times over the course of two months to install various parts that did not resolve the issue. Lenovo wanted me to send the machine to their depot but I needed a PC so that was not an option. In November 2020, I requested a full refund. Lenovo then closed my case. I tried to reopen the case and was no one ever would contact me back after I explained why I wanted a refund. I received no help even though the warranty was still active. On January 4th, 2021, I tried again. This time, I was told by every department that I was transferred to that I was sent to the wrong department. This continued for two hours. Finally someone listened and agreed that this treatment was ridiculous and escalated my case. I waited until February and was never contacted by Lenovo. The PC sat in the office until today, November 30, 2021. I'm now trained as a PC service technician and thought I'd try to fix the machine. It turns out that Lenovo sent me an inferior part to replace my CPU even though the machine was still under warranty. I ordered the PC with a Ryzen 3200G and Lenovo tried to replace it with an Athlon 200GE. I found this out when I removed the fan and cleaned the thermal paste from the top of the CPU. Not only that, the tech bent two of the pins on the Athlon 200GE and they shorted out the motherboard rendering the machine even more useless than it was before. I once again tried to either get a new machine or a refund and I'm told that since the machine is out of warranty now, they can't help. However, the issue occurred before the warranty was out and Lenovo never did repair the device. Let alone the fact they tried to leave me with an inferior part during their repair process.Customer Reviews
Absolutely impossible to speak to a customer service representative.
