06/19/2020 After waiting 2 weeks to get a Tech out to look at our refrigerator, he arrived on time. However, after drawing water from the refrigerator, and then taking out the ice bin, he started to write some things down about ** products, and that he could not fix the problem. He didn't check to see if the water line was crimped, or blocked, and told us that wasn't his job, that was a job for installation. We started to ask him some questions about why he would look any further, and how we would know what the PSI was, and he wouldn't answer, except to say he had done this before, and that we were stuck with a refrigerator that performed very poorly. He then got mad, took his bag and left. Leaving the ice bin on the counter for us to put back in. I went out to him in his van to get his name, and he wouldn't give it to me, slammed his van door called us rude and left. We don't know if he had a bad day, or is just poorly trained in customer service. The refrigerator is under warranty, and we want to make sure that the company doesn't get reimbursed for this call, that didn't fix anything.Customer Reviews
