I have been attempting to return items I purchased but the site will not let me reset my password, nor will it allow me to proceed within the "not registered" section. The returns site will not load, on either Chrome or Safari. I just want to return my items. I looked up whether this was a common occurrence with Mango and it apparently is.Customer Reviews
This company has a poor customer service and coordination system. I ordered five (5) items online that were delivered to the wrong address. I reported the matter and I opt for replacement items. After a few days – I received the items that I originally ordered, and I informed the clothing company immediately via email to cease delivery of the replacement items. In spite of this, the replacement items were still delivered to my address. Though this delivery issue was not my fault, I called the clothing company and express willingness to return the replacement items and request for a pre-paid return label. The customer representative informed me that I have to pay for the shipping cost upfront aside from the fact that I have to allot time to go to a **** facility. I was even told that they will block my account, the call has been recorded and I will be reported. What a way to treat a customer....
