On 4/22/2021 I went into the The *** Store to ship a package to Mexico . I was rushed threw the transaction there was 1 worker and a long line . Then I paid $353.44 and went on my way . After 2 wks the package was never delivered. I made multiple calls to ups & store. I was told one excuse after another. The employee at the The *** Store filled out the customs for wrong and put the the wrong contact number for the receiver. I had to wait over Over 2 months to receive my package back . I went in to ask for the $353.44 back for the service I paid for that was not rendered and I was told that they were charged so there was nothing they could do. After complaining I was told that they were going to try to contact ups to get my money back. They also tried to lie and say they warned me it was over the dollar amount Mexico would allow in. I am very disgusted in the *** store and the shady business they have going on there. I wonder how many other ppl are in the same boat I am and out money .
