I paid $600 for my Xbox Series S in June 2021. My console turned on but there was no graphic. I had a warranty that lasted up til October 2021. The whole entire month of June I was calling Microsoft to send me a shipping label to return the Xbox Series S to the Microsoft Return Center for either fixing or a new replacement since I had the warranty. The end of July they FINALLY send me a shipping label (7/30/21 to be exact). Once I got the shipping label I printed it out and sent only my Xbox Series S console (as required with no wires only console). The console then arrived on Aug. 4th (I shipped it 7/30/21 same day they sent me the shipping label). Here is the shipping tracking number: 1ZW8597X9010706016 as you can see the label was created on 7/30/21 and received 8/04/21. Once I seen the console was received I called Microsoft and they confirmed with me that they received my Xbox and it will be worked on 11-14 business days from the date received and sent back to me within that time frame. Soon after 14 days passed, I called them again. They then said they were having an issue with my console and they had to put my console under a different serial number because of an order that couldn’t be created (it was given them an error) this was in August when I called them. So I waited the two weeks that they told me it would be fixed and still no one contacted me so I called them back again. This time I told them they were taking way too long and I wanted to be compensated for this time it’s taking and I want my original console back! I told them even if it’s not fixed please just send it back to me. They approved me for a replacement console because they LOST MY ORIGINAL CONSOLE and that was in August! it is now going on DECEMBER AND THEY STILL SAY THEY CANT CREATE THE ORDER. No one has called me and no one is updating me!! This is very frustrating that this company isn’t doing anything to help me! It’s all EXCUSES every time I call them! Because I was reporting a lot spam through Outlook, that option was remove for me to select. I have ha almost all of my selections removed except sexually or bobily harm or copyright. If they were tired of my complaint, how do they think I was feeling with the bombarder of these daily emas. And a lot through Microsoft. ...
