I ordered a package from BooHoo ******* ***** **** with a price of ******* I also choose express shipping as this was around Halloween and I desperately needed this merchandise beforehand. I was given an estimated delivery date of Thursday, October 28th, 2021. Around that date, my package was located in Louisville Kentucky; however, it was there for exactly two days and have not moved from that facility. I immediately reached out to BooHoo to receive a refund for the express shipping which totaled an exact amount of $6.12, to which they claimed to reimburse on October 30th, 2021. At this point, I assumed my package was now lost, and as a result began emailing with the customer support team to get a full refund for my package, and the replies I did receive were very brief and not helpful. The customer service representative told me that i would have to wait until November 23rd in order to receive a full refund for my order. It has now been over 14 days since I originally ordered this package and I have not heard a word from Boohoo. I filed a claim with UPS who have since reported my package as lost and forwarded that claim to Boohoo, who have told me that I must wait for them to do an "investigation". There has been no further communication from the company regarding this issue.Customer Reviews
I've experienced some of the worst customer service with NG representatives. With my last two orders, I've received damaged clothes and was missing items. Both resulted in no resolve. Please explain how an item was missing from my package and when I reached out to NG, they offered to give me 50% of my money back. Make it make sense because I cannot! Overall, I'm ready to be done with this company because it is not worth the headache. Not to mention, the only way to contact them is through social media and when you do, it takes hours, even days, to get a response.
