June 17 2021 - June 25 2021 I brought a FedEx package in to be sent by FedEx services. The manager took the package and said thanks and walked away. I asked him to wait that I needed a receipt documenting that I had dropped off a package at his store. He told me that he doesn't give receipts. The only documentation he has that there is a package is a note on which he records the tracking number. I wanted proof that he received my package. He refused and said he doesn't provide it. Two weeks later I began checking the tracking number. There is no record that FedEx picked it up. So I called Parcel Express and the same man told me he didn't have a record that my package was even there. I argued and told him that he told me he writes them down on a note. He said, Well, the number's not here. And then tells me that he is not responsible for the packages that are in his store for FedEx pickup. I called FedEx and they said the tracking number wasn't scanned in their system from the store.
