On Dates 2/26/21 (Order#*********) and on 3/1/21 (Order#*********) plus on 3/9/21 (Order#*********) and on 3/28/21 (Order#*********), I purchased 5 items online from Saks Off 5th Outlet store and I was trying to return them at ******** ****** ** store but after 30 days. That was prior to Pendamic and I couldn't make it earlier as a first responder (**** ******) I was involved in many Corona cases and also myself got sick. I went there for returns which got denied and also I had a very bad experience due to a very unprofessional store supervisor and cashiers. Then I called customer service and they accepted to return my stuff, sent me labels and I sent all but after 3,4 weeks all returned with the denied letters. Contacted them several times and spending hours, got the case# and they've told me that ***** will come and pick them up and I'll get the refund, which is never happening. After almost 4 months I got a call on 7/10/21 they only can give me 20% off and that's all. Disappointing!Customer Reviews
I have been shopping with Sakscfor many years in store and recently started ordering online. My most recent purchase in October 2021 has been the mist horrible customer service ever! I received a delivery notification that the package was delivered and immediately went outside to retrieve. The package was not there and presumably delivered to the wrong address. I contacted **************** and was informed that they would issue an investigation and it would take ***** days to process a refund. After 3 weeks I contacted **************** again only to be informed that the investigation was not processed and they would initiate again and escalate the refund in 9 days. I was offered the courtesy of reordering the item but I would need to pay again, which I did because I really loved the blazer. This order was received however it has been over 6 weeks and still no refund. I called again and requested to speak to a supervisor and was informed that it would be at least 20 minutes so I asked to have the supervisor call me back. It has been several weeks since that call and I have still not received a call back. I am starting to believe all the reviews of customers with similar experiences. Seems that Saks Fifth Avenue online is a scam and has no regard for their customers. This has been the worst shopping experience ever. Beware of buying anything online from Saks Fifth Ave!!! I would love to file a class action lawsuit for Deceptive Trade practices for theft of consumer funds. ...
