Absolutely horrendous customer service. Bought tickets for an event about a month ago. After one of the people in my group acquired covid, and emailing See Tickets well in advance, they were unable to do anything. In fact, it almost seemed like they waited until after the even to respond at all. No one returned my calls and now I'm out a couple of hundred of dollars because of their incompetence. I'll be editing this review in the coming days and can also explain the gouging fees and awful web system that almost made me check out twice. Awful company, awful support.Customer Reviews
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My event (imagine music festival) was canceled the day before the event. No biggie. It was for health a safety. We received e-mails October 16th saying we would be fully refunded in 30 days. It's now Nov. 30th and I've yet to receive my refund. I sent 3 emails to seetickets to try to explain that my debit card was no longer active and needed it transferred to a new card. They finally got back to me after trying to refund me and saw they couldn't. When I replied to the email they sent about my refund the email was "donotreply@seetickets" which made me wonder if my email was even received... I sent two emails to that email and then resent another new email with screenshots of everything and proof I've paid and new card Information and still NOTHING. I just want the $700 I'm owed from this event. Imagine was cancelled September 15th and it's now Nov. 30th. I will NEVER use this site to purchase tickets ever again. The customer service is a joke. I've never been more upset.
