Three days after purchase I reached out to company via online chat and was given written confirmation that my refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. Since then, I have had to reach out on three separate occasions to check on the status of my refund, each time either being given an automated email, response that the refund will be processed in another 3-5 business days, or no response at all.
