I bought a pair of shoes from the for $99.95 on 8/17/2021. I did not get my order to my house but had to go pick it up from UPS. I went and picked it up and then realized they were too big. I filed for a return slip on 8/25/21. I had to take the shoes back to UPS. I email the on 9/1/2021 to see what was taking so long to at least see the money on my account they said it's the financial institutions fault. I still waited since again they said 3-5 business days. When there was still nothing I emailed the on 9/14/21 and they send me a confirmation number and everything that it has been issued to your original payment and there is still no refund anywhere. Also they said that I have to call my financial institution how does that make sense? All you have to do is put the money back and it will show!Customer Reviews
This company is the worst. I purchased a pair of shoes as a gift for the first time. They shipped a completely different pair of shoes. I called asking if I could return and exchange them. The Customer Service Rep Monica said they don't accept returns. I explained it's not an actual return because it's not what i ordered. She was rude and told me i could repurchase the correct item. She offered me a promo code equal to the Black Friday discount I got off the original purchase. The code she gave me was a fraction of the initial discount and actually would have resulted in my paying more for the same pair of shoes than i paid the first time as well as paying for the first pair that they accidentally shipped wrong. I have disputed the charge through my credit card company as fraud -- selling one item and shipping a completely different item that wasn't even similar. Buyers should be forewarned about this company's shady business practices.
