I made a purchase for $14.18 on 10/11/21. On 10/14/21 I received an email stating my order had shipped via USPS. As of today (10/24/21) my order still has not even been received by USPS. I reached out to the business and received no response. Order #XXXXXXXCustomer Reviews
This company does mail orders. They make mistakes when they ship your orders. When you contact them to let them know of their mistakes. They make you jump through hoops and do not refund your money or send you the item. Instead, they might email you a discount code for the amount of their mistake but most time you get a runaround. Sometimes they will send a discount code as their idea of a refund. It will not work if they are having any type of sale. It will be denied at check out because the code is coded as a discount instead of a refund. So your refund in the form of a code to use on your next order is denied unless you are paying full price for your order. Truly an unethical company when it comes to correcting their mistakes on customers' orders.
