The delivery company has not responded to any phone calls and emails regarding paid product. It has been over a month since Custom Offsets a rim and tire company has used The Custom Companies to deliver my ordered items.Customer Reviews
We are a carrier who carried a load for Custom Companies. They told us we could deliver on the 7th of September and would not have to drop the trailer as we would need it back ASAP to continue using it. In fact when we arrived at the receiver we were told the only way to get unloaded was to drop the trailer so backed into a corner we dropped it at the facility. That facility then held our trailer for a full 10 days and meanwhile gave us absolutely no updates and Custom Companies also offered no support or info on when we would get our trailer back. After all of this they also just stopped replying when we asked for financial compensation for the usability of the trailer....
