Ordered a generator got the wrong type instead of US I got an EU generator. Sent it back and can't get a refund, after following specific orders. Ordered a USA generator got a EU one. Returned it to tomtop. They asked for me to email the receipt with tracking number so they can find product and issue refund. However it's been months and several emails later and they are giving me the run around. First they found the product and wanted time to check it out, then they needed time to process refund, then they can't find product and I have to wait, for I don't know what this time. I want my refund, they got the incorrect product back.Customer Reviews
I ordered from this company on Oct 6th 2021. I still have not received my order. I have asked for my money back but to no avail. Tracking for The package itself shows that it arrived in New Jersey, then went to Atlanta, then disappeared, then showed back up in Atlanta, and now it went back to New Jersey. I have been told by the company basically their tracking app that shows dates and times aren't really symbolic of of what is going on, but when I question where my package is they then show me the tracking info, or they tell me that their logistics department is investigating. This is the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. Save your money, avoid frustration don't shop here!
