I purchased a phone and it broke so under warranty I sent it to ***** tech global services. It was repaired and sent back to me by ****** ***** gave a delivery day but it never came. Online I chose a option to have it sent to a pickup location. I went to pick it up and they said they sent it back to ***** Tech Global Services. ***** lost my phone after that. I made a claim with ***** but they won't pay it because they said they payed ***** Tech Global Services for my phone being lost and they made a claim. I talked to ***** Tech Global Services about the money ***** gave them for my phone and they repeatedly told me ***** is giving me false information and they never made a claim or collected my claim money. This whole incident has been going on for months and has now cost me over $1000. ***** lost my phone that is my personal property and say they gave my claim money to ***** Tech Global Services. I ordered 4 YI home security cameras. The products are great. The customer service is not. I selected expedited shipping services of $19.95 for 2 day shipping. I received my order 5 days later. The day after I placed my order I received an email letting me know my order would be 3 days late. I immediately emailed customer support and requested my refund. No answer. The next day I again requested a refund and to be charged regular shipping. No answer. A third time I emailed them to request my refund and told them if I didn't receive it I would file a complaint, so here I am.
