Hello, This business does not reply to my several emails from the beginning. on April 11th(4-11)I clicked on "purchase" and changed my mind one(1)minute after; They has a list of issues and you can check one; I checked on "Cancel Order" and nothing happened, I tried that again and again...then I send an email and I received an automated reply that basically said: "Check on the issue you're contacting us about"; so again I checked on cancel my order, all this on the same day; But 5 days later on 4-16 I received an email stating "Your order has been shipped"!!'?. I emailed them again and I received the email with "Check on the issue you are contacting us about". So I did (it was 8am)and at 11pm I received this message "Your request (*******) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email or click the link below:". I emailed them back and rant about the whole situation. and the next day I received an email from "DURIAN" basically saying "We are sorry it has taken so long but you will receive your shipment within 15-20 days" !?
