Express does not allow its consumers to unsubscribe from marketing emails. I have tried repeatedly and there is no way to unsubscribe. Even when you go on the unsubscribe page it doesnt actually do anything. Youll receive their next marketing email. They also resort to changing their email every day so you cannot report it as spam.Customer Reviews
I purchased an item on Nov 7 Express has always in the past processed and shipped orders in a timely manner I inquired about my order via email and chat I was given inaccurate (lie) info on order Chat told me order had shipped Nov 11 Nov 14, Email told me order in shipping pHase which doesnt correlate with prior info This went on several communications Nov 15, I was sent an email with an apology and told refund being issued and order in shipping phase so cant be canceled but would issue refund.Nov 18, I receive a tracking number and my bank is CHARGED for the purchase.I replied to email about refund; response was tracking number - no mention of refund I wont deal with Expresa again Too many shopping options to deal with such contradictory responses Hi ******, we're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. **************** is extremely important to us and we always want to address any concerns that our customers may have.
