I dropped off a balikbayan box at their facility in ******* ** on March 8, 2021. I was told it will be included in the loading on March 15, 2021. May came I called the facility in ******* since I couldn't find the status of my box as there was no tracking number assigned. I called their 3 phone numbers for two weeks but in vain. One number says " no longer in service" second number just kept on ringing then beeping then hung up. 3rd number rang but says " the subscriber has not set up the voicemail" and the 3rd week that 3rd number finally picked up telling me they closed down their cargo forwarding in ******* that they forwarded all balikbayan boxes to ** & asked me to send *** a copy of my receipt so he can locate it but never called back.. By June. I called ************************** in ** and told them about my concern but was told to send them a copy of my receipt (which I did) so they can locate it & will call me back which they they never made that call until now. I called but was told my box was "probably" forwarded in FL. Still couldn't tracked my box I called again but was told the number I called was not for answering quarries on balikbayan boxes and gave me another number which I did call and was told the box cannot be loaded w/o a tracking # and was asked to send a copy of the receipt ( this the 3rd time they asked for the receipt & 3rd time I sent) so they can locate it. when I asked where my box went to. I've been told many times they call call me back. Last time I called 3rd week of June my call was not picked up but got a txt message instead that he was driving and couldn't answer my call telling me he'll call me regarding my box which " call" was never made. Few days ago I just texted about the status of my mix but never got any reply. Until now my box is in limbo. Receipt # 717911. ...
