Customer ComplaintsUser was chosen as carrier for a recent shipment I was expecting. Shipper contacted me to set up a delivery time. I agreed to the time. I was here all day and ready for the shipment. Company never showed up, Never contacted me. Has not returned my phone calls. Have not replied to my emails or texts. Has made no effort to contact me and tell me where the package was and why they have not delivered it. It was due here two days ago at THEIR scheduled time. Very expensive item that was in town and out for delivery according to their own tracking.
