Due to the pandemic, change-rooms are closed. I was encouraged by store associates to purchase bras to try on at home, and I would be refunded when I brought back anything that didn't fit. I took some home from the physical store, and ordered others online due to my size not being available in the store. When I returned bras for a refund, I was told that ****** purchases would only be credited on a gift card. This is contrary to the policy on the back of the receipt and on the website, which both state clearly that payments will be refunded to the original payment method. The store staff refused to refund me properly per their own written refund policy, as did email customer service.
