Customer ReviewsI ordered a rebuilt marine engine in the middle of September 2021. It took approximately 6 weeks for the build. When it was ready, the company contacted me for shipment instructions. They contracted ****** freight to make the delivery. The pallet was picked up on October 18th and the tracking site said it would be delivered on Friday, October 22nd. After it sat at the first location for 2 days, the company assured me it was still on schedule. It then moved to within my state and 3 hours away where it sat again for days before I questioned their schedule. The claim a slight mis-route but still insisted it would be delivered on time. Mid-morning on the 22nd, I get an email stating an issue and not to expect it until the following Tuesday, October 26th. On the 26th, I'm notified that it is missing. They have no clue where it is for over a week and fail to locate it. On the 10th of November, i get an email from my main dock that a pallet was delivered by Panama Transfer. Apparently, ****** subcontracted them to make the final delivery. Their paperwork shows they picked it up form the distribution center, where ****** lost track of it, on the 25th of October. That means Panama Transfer had this pallet for over two weeks with no explanation where it went. And ****** had no idea that it left their center. How?? To top it off, I had a specific address to a second location of ours and I was supposed to be notified by the driver 30 minutes prior to delivery. I wanted this particular dock used. Was it delivered there? Did I receive my call? No. The driver decided on his own that this address was wrong and it needed to go to the main facility that he has delivered to before. I apparently don't know what i want. Customer service (Panama Transfer) was supposed to call me on 11/22/21 no later than 8:45 (per the email i received on the 19th). The call was late just like the delivery. I did not receive the call until 11:30. All I heard was a lot of "I don't know why we had it so long" and "the driver delivered it to that building because he thought that's where it should go". Nothing but meaningless excuses and a promise that they'll do better next time. Like I"m going to need another engine soon. Both companies did nothing but cost me money and time. If I never deal with ****** Freight or Panama Transfer again, it will be too soon.
