I placed an order on https://us.topshop.com/ on 10/02/2020. Initially, my items were supposed to arrive on 10/14/2020 but were moved to 10/16/2020. On 10/14/2020 I noticed there was no update on whether or not the courier received my items from the shipper so I reached out to the company by email (It is stated on the website customer service is not available by phone due to the pandemic). I received an email on 10/15/2020 assuring me that "the parcel is in transit on its journey to the local delivery destination and is scheduled for delivery on 16th October 2020." On October 16th I did not receive my package so I reached out to the courier on October 17th and was advised that "there is no scan updated on your parcel in the U.S.A. after 14 Oct 2020. " I was then told to contact the sender so they may contact the courier to initiate an investigation. I completed the task and received an email stating to allow 48 hours for Topshop to contact the courier and update me on the investigat
