5/18/21 I purchased a pair of shoes from ALDO - I returned them within the 60 day return policy. Heard nothing about a refund. I called customer service on 7/20/21 and talked with a customer service representative who said the card they tried refunding expired (unlikely, card is active until 01/2023) they said a supervisor would be calling me within 3 days to use another card to refund to. It is now 8/5/21 and no response from ALDO regarding my refund. Cant get ahold of anyone in customer service on any given day of the week that Ive tried to call. I want my refund back ASAP. I emailed them multiple times asking about it and no answer. I got Afterpay involved as well because I used their 4 payment system to pay for the merchandise.
