I made an online purchase worth $500 on ** Dec 2020. My order was process and they took my money out of my account. ***** Dec 2020 i check for a status update on my order and it never even shipped. I contacted the company via social media for a refund and the customer service rep said they'll get to me in 2 days and after filing a ticket to their customer service rep. 5 Days later after no contact i contact them again and they give me the same run around. They have now gone silent on social media and will not respond to my messages. ** Dec 2020 i contact them through their customer service chat on their website. I am given the same response of they'll need to issue a ticket to a specialist along with they won't issue me my refund till they find out what went wrong with their system. Again i am told ill be contacted within 48 hours about my refund. ** Jan 2021 I contact them again through their customer service chat. I am given the same run around with no updates or movement towards a solution and again i am told i will be contacted within 48 hours. I have absolutely no confidence that they'll resolve their issue with my order after the repeated chances they have been given hence my complaint through the BBB.Customer Reviews
************* Scam! Northface ****** and Ugg Jacket both had pictures of a totally different style and color than what I received. Went back and read the descriptions of the items instead of the photos and discovered they are using the SAME picture for 3 different jackets and of courser the jacket that really matches the photo of what your receiving is the most expensive, and they bait you you think your getting a good deal but it's the WRONG item. For PROOF the *** ****** faux fur jacket in rose quartz multi and *** Kianna jacket in fawn both have the Kianna jacket photo, when you go to *** site and located the ****** in **** quartz, it is horribly ugly and not even wearable which is probably why they switched the photo. Same issue on a Northface jacket. So I have over $300 in items I have to return and wait in refunds for. This happened to me twice in one week on two different brands so you tell me if it's an honest mistake or a scam??? Oh and can't cancel an order that hasn't shipped so I'm stuck with it and can't afford to buy the real items I wanted until I get the refunds in 21 business days which is AFTER Christmas! I'm reporting you to *** since you can't take any of the money you scammed from customers to pay people to answer the phone. CS is chat only and it's never available! Email is no good either!
