Paid them for a membership which supposedly gives me free shipping, they supposedly updated their website so now all of my account information including previous orders returns and also the membership status etc. is no longer available. Horrible customer service. Forgot my apartment on an order. I emailed them (Twice) as soon as the confirmation came in and I noticed the error, as there is no way to cancel an order. They got back a week later saying there was nothing at all they can do and that it’s basically my fault and I would have to wait till they were sent back a package which I have never received in the first place before I can be given refund. So I’ve basically been robbed until they say they received something, if ever. Save yourself the headache, shop your local skate shop !...
