False/deceptive advertising, not honoring warranty obligations Digital Supply USA advertises with a lifetime warranty on their webpage. This warranty promises is present very prominently and and IMO is one of their major selling points. This lifetime warranty was one of the main reasons I purchased a screen replacement for an iPhone XR in March 2020.After I installed the screen, for about 10 months it worked fine. Basically proving that the installation was done correctly and the screen was not damaged during the installation. After 10 months the screen started intermittently not displaying colors anymore, making the phone basically unusable. After installing the old cracked screen, the phone/screen worked fine, proving that it is not a bad connection causing the replacement screen to fail. Therefore I inquired with Digital Supply about the issue, asking for a warranty replacement of the screen. I did receive advice that the issue could be cause by dust or bend cables. I paid for next day shipping on a product from digital supply usa. I got my package a week later only to find out that Fedex was not the one who created the label for shipping. So i spent 20 dollars for next day delivery to only get ground shipping (because digital supply usa created the label) and they wont refund the 20 dollars for shipping. These people are low and bad for business stay away from them!!!!...
